1. General Return Policy

  • Products can only be returned in the event of manufacturing defects, damaged delivery, or incorrect product dispatch.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The machinery must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built machinery or made-to-order equipment is non-returnable, unless it is defective or not built according to the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Returns due to change of mind or incorrect ordering by the customer are not accepted.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The returned item meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • A full inspection confirms the defect or issue.
  • In case of advance payment and order cancellation before dispatch or manufacturing, a refund may be issued after deduction of administrative or processing charges.

Note: Refunds are not applicable once manufacturing has started or the machine has been dispatched.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as agreed upon with the customer.
  • Any bank or transaction charges incurred during the refund process will be borne by the customer (if applicable).

5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is defective or damaged during delivery, we may provide a replacement unit or part at no extra cost.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability and verification of the issue.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will bear the return shipping costs.
  • In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
